A very large Windows app (>2 Mbytes), this full-featured program is making a difference for NOAA-TAO climate buoy installers in several oceans on an on-going basis. Based on the ARGOS data system, the program builds a data-base of buoy sensor operation, allowing technicians to properly diagnose the performance of their buoys before leaving the site.
